All our orders are shipped with a tracking method.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and are processed in 2-5 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, orders usually take between 30-40 Business days to arrive at their destination and rarely any longer.

Please note that whilst shipping times have significantly improved, there are still occasional delays due to the corona virus crisis. We are doing everything possible to minimise these delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are working with express logistics companies; still, some shipments can be delayed due to tighter restrictions around the world. Most of our orders are still delivered within 30-40 Business days, however, some may face significant delays.
